Are leads really exclusive?
Yes. Every paid lead is delivered to exactly one broker. We do not resell, recycle, or share. The consumer is told who received their information.
How do you handle TCPA / opt-in?
Every lead opts in to text and email on a clearly worded form. We retain the timestamp, IP, and consent language and can produce it on request.
What does a lead cost?
Bidding starts at $20 per lead. You set your max bid, lead type, states, languages, and daily/monthly caps in your portal.
Do you offer returns?
Limited returns within 24 hours for bad or disconnected phone numbers and unresponsive contacts as defined in your portal. Replacements are capped at 10% of your volume because we verify data before distribution.
Are there contracts or monthly minimums?
No. Pay as you go and cancel anytime. The free basic account has no cost and no obligation.
How are leads delivered?
In real time by email, webhook, or your CRM (Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Google Docs). You choose in your portal.
Can a call center sign up?
Yes, but volume is intentionally limited and we focus on independent brokers and small offices. Please don't ask if you need massive scale.
