TrumpRx
TrumpRx is the direct-to-consumer drug pricing initiative announced by the White House in 2025, aimed at offering Most-Favored-Nation pricing on select medications via a federal portal. Coverage is rolling out drug by drug through 2026–2027 and currently focuses on high-cost branded drugs (e.g., GLP-1s, certain oncology agents).

Medicare Extra Help (LIS)
Medicare beneficiaries with limited income can get Part D premiums, deductibles, and copays reduced or eliminated. As of 2024, full LIS extends to 150% FPL. Apply at ssa.gov/medicare/part-d-extra-help or by calling SSA at 1-800-772-1213.
