To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACA Beacon and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to use our services, which is zero.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ACA Beacon and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
