Consent details
When you submit a form on ACA Beacon, you may be asked to provide consent for how we contact you. The full language for each consent option is provided below.
Contact consent
By checking the contact consent box, you agree to be contacted by a licensed broker by phone, text, or email about coverage. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You will be matched with only one licensed broker — your information is never sold to multiple parties. After submission, we will reveal your matched broker. There is absolutely no obligation. If we cannot find a match right away, we will notify you as soon as one becomes available.
Marketing consent
By checking the marketing consent box, you opt in to receive marketing emails and SMS text messages from ACA Beacon and partner brokers about coverage, enrollment reminders, and related offers. For advertisers, this includes messages about advertiser opportunities, lead availability, and platform updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Information we collect
- Contact information — name, email address, and phone number when you submit a broker inquiry or advertising request.
- Location information — state, ZIP code, and service-area preferences you voluntarily provide.
- Usage data — pages visited, time spent, and device/browser information collected via standard analytics tools to improve the site.
How we use your information
- To connect consumers with licensed brokers who have advertised on our platform.
- To respond to advertising inquiries from brokers and agents.

Data retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Broker inquiry data is retained for 24 months unless you request deletion.
