The Connecticut Insurance Department approved 2027 ACA rates on September 11, 2026: a statewide average increase of 11.3% in the individual market, down from the 16.2% carriers originally requested. This is a before-subsidy average, not the increase in every household’s bill. Most Access Health CT enrollees receive tax credits that change what they actually pay.
