Harbor Health — expanding to 13 counties
Individual & Family marketplace plans available Nov 1, 2026, effective Jan 1, 2027. New for 2027: 10 counties including Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio and El Paso.

Antidote Health — entering Texas for 2027
Antidote has confirmed it will offer 2027 marketplace plans in Texas, with enrollment starting Nov 1, 2026. Its Texas county list has not been published yet — counties will be added here once officially confirmed.
Carrier-announced service areas remain subject to final state and federal approval before plans go on sale. Final 2027 county lists will be verified against the federal plan files when they are published.

For plan year 2027, residents of Texas can enroll in marketplace coverage from November 1, 2026 through January 15, 2027 at www.healthcare.gov.
Enroll by Dec 15, 2026 for Jan 1 coverage.
